How do I connect to the VPN?

After signing in, select a server on the home screen and tap the Connect button. On first connection, you may be prompted to allow adding a VPN configuration.

What if the connection fails?

Please check: 1) Is your network working? 2) Are you signed in? 3) Is the selected server online? If it still fails, try switching to another server or restarting the app.

How do I switch servers?

You must disconnect first, then select a new server from the list and connect.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. You can view, renew, or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

How is traffic counted?

Only downlink traffic through the VPN counts toward your quota; uplink does not. Traffic data is used solely for quota management and we do not log your browsing activity.

Multi-device usage

Each subscription plan supports a limited number of simultaneous devices, as specified in the plan details.
