Welcome to OnlyTunnel. By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

OnlyTunnel provides encrypted virtual private network (VPN) services to protect your online privacy and security. We route your internet traffic through encrypted tunnels to our servers worldwide.

2. Account

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for personal use only and may not be shared.

3. Subscription and Payment

OnlyTunnel offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OnlyTunnel to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Engage in unauthorized access to other systems or networks.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions.

6. Traffic and Device Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific traffic and device limits. Exceeding these limits may result in reduced service or temporary suspension until the next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

OnlyTunnel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
